The institution is deliberately small until each commitment is earned.
A team page that lists departments before the institution has earned the right to have them is a vanity exercise. What follows is the founder profile and the precise shape of the next people we are looking for.
Jonathan Moreno Narváez
Background in operations research and quantitative finance. Master's in OR with roughly a year in industry before turning to building. Prior hands-on experience with decentralized finance from the AMM and flash-loan era, used now as a real demo vertical for the first initiative.
The work is bootstrap-funded, run from the United Arab Emirates under a Free Zone license, and structured around a single principle: the institution that wants to set the standard cannot be the institution that benefits from the opacity. The separation is enforced architecturally, not aspirationally.

Three profiles. One arc.
Measurement Engineer
You have shipped systems whose answers other people had to defend. You think a methodology page that does not contain a hash is not a methodology page. You enjoy writing the version-controlled defence of a number you produced.
Design Partner
You are a DAO treasurer, a quant desk operator, a risk parameter committee member, or the head of an underwriting team. You have a real position to defend and you want measurement that will hold up in a forensic review.
Institutional Architect
You have done this work before — at a clearing house, a self-regulatory body, a rating agency, a standards organisation, or the kind of regulator that built things rather than blocked them. You believe a neutral institution can be built deliberately, in public.
We will not hire to scale headcount before the institution can carry it. We will not announce a department before there is work for it to do. We will not list advisors who have not done the work. The team page will grow when the work has grown. Not before.
